1 Mary cometh to the sepulchre: 3 so do Peter and John, ignorant of the resurrection. 11 Jesus appeareth to Mary Magdalene, 19 and to his disciples. 24 The incredulity, and confession of Thomas. 30 The Scripture is sufficient to salvation.
20:1
Now 1161 on the first 1520 [day] of the week 4521 Mary 3137 Magdalene 3094 *came 2064 early 4404 to the tomb 3419, while it *was still 2089 dark 4653, and *saw 991 the stone 3037 [already] taken 142 away 142 from the tomb 3419.
20:2
So 3767 she *ran 5143 and *came 2064 to Simon 4613 Peter 4074 and to the other 243 disciple 3101 whom 3739 Jesus 2424 loved 5368, and *said 3004 to them, “They have taken 142 away 142 the Lord 2962 out of the tomb 3419, and we do not know 3609a where 4226 they have laid 5087 Him.”

So 3767 Peter 4074 and the other 243 disciple 3101 went 1831 forth 1831, and they were going 2064 to the tomb 3419.

The two 1417 were running 5143 together 3674; and the other 243 disciple 3101 ran 4390 ahead 4390 faster 5036 than Peter 4074 and came 2064 to the tomb 3419 first 4413;

and stooping 3879 and looking 3879 in, he *saw 991 the linen 3608 wrappings 3608 lying 2749 [there]; but he did not go 1525 in.

And so 3767 Simon 4613 Peter 4074 also 2532 *came 2064, following 190 him, and entered 1525 the tomb 3419; and he *saw 2334 the linen 3608 wrappings 3608 lying 2749 [there],

and the face-cloth 4676 which 3739 had been 1510 on His head 2776, not lying 2749 with the linen 3608 wrappings 3608, but rolled 1794 up in a place 5117 by itself 5565.

So 3767 the other 243 disciple 3101 who had first 4413 come 2064 to the tomb 3419 then 5119 also 2532 entered 1525, and he saw 3708 and believed 4100.

For as yet 3764 they did not understand 3609a the Scripture 1124, that He must 1163 rise 450 again 450 from the dead 3498.

So 3767 the disciples 3101 went 565 away 565 again 3825 to their own 1438 homes 848.

¶ But Mary 3137 was standing 2476 outside 1854 the tomb 3419 weeping 2799; and so 3767, as she wept 2799, she stooped 3879 and looked 3879 into the tomb 3419;

and she *saw 2334 two 1417 angels 32a in white 3022 sitting 2516, one 1520 at the head 2776 and one 1520 at the feet 4228, where 3699 the body 4983 of Jesus 2424 had been lying 2749.

And they *said 3004 to her, “Woman 1135, why 5101 are you weeping 2799?” She *said 3004 to them, “Because 3754 they have taken 142 away 142 my Lord 2962, and I do not know 3609a where 4226 they have laid 5087 Him.”

When she had said 3004 this 3778, she turned 4762 around 3694 and *saw 2334 Jesus 2424 standing 2476 [there], and did not know 3609a that it was Jesus 2424.
20:15
Jesus 2424 *said 3004 to her, “Woman 1135, why 5101 are you weeping 2799? Whom 5101 are you seeking 2212?” Supposing 1380 Him to be the gardener 2780, she *said 3004 to Him, “Sir 2962, if 1487 you have carried 941 Him away 941, tell 3004 me where 4226 you have laid 5087 Him, and I will take 142 Him away 142.”

Jesus 2424 *said 3004 to her, “Mary 3137!” She turned 4762 and *said 3004 to Him in Hebrew 1447, “Rabboni 4462!” (which 3739 means 3004, Teacher 1320).
20:17
Jesus 2424 *said 3004 to her, “Stop 3361 clinging 681 to Me, for I have not yet 3768 ascended 305 to the Father 3962; but go 4198 to My brethren 80 and say 3004 to them, ‘I ascend 305 to My Father 3962 and your Father 3962, and My God 2316 and your God 2316.’”

Mary 3137 Magdalene 3094 *came 2064, announcing 31b to the disciples 3101, “I have seen 3708 the Lord 2962,” and [that] He had said 3004 these 3778 things 3778 to her.
20:19
¶ So 3767 when it was evening 3798 on that day 2250, the first 1520 [day] of the week 4521, and when the doors 2374 were shut 2808 where 3699 the disciples 3101 were, for fear 5401 of the Jews 2453, Jesus 2424 came 2064 and stood 2476 in their midst 3319 and *said 3004 to them, “Peace 1515 [be] with you.”

And when He had said 3004 this 3778, He showed 1166 them both 2532 His hands 5495 and His side 4125. The disciples 3101 then 3767 rejoiced 5463 when they saw 3708 the Lord 2962.

So 3767 Jesus 2424 said 3004 to them again 3825, “Peace 1515 [be] with you; as the Father 3962 has sent 649 Me, I also 2532 send 3992 you.”

And when He had said 3004 this 3778, He breathed 1720 on them and *said 3004 to them, “Receive 2983 the Holy 40 Spirit 4151.

“If 302 you forgive 863 the sins 266 of any 5100, [their sins] have been forgiven 863 them; if 302 you retain 2902 the [sins] of any 5100, they have been retained 2902.”

¶ But Thomas 2381, one 1520 of the twelve 1427, called 3004 Didymus 1324, was not with them when 3753 Jesus 2424 came 2064.
20:25
So 3767 the other 243 disciples 3101 were saying 3004 to him, “We have seen 3708 the Lord 2962!” But he said 3004 to them, “Unless 1437 3361 I see 3708 in His hands 5495 the imprint 5179b of the nails 2247, and put 906 my finger 1147 into the place 5117 of the nails 2247, and put 906 my hand 5495 into His side 4125, I will not believe 4100.”
20:26
¶ After 3326 eight 3638 days 2250 His disciples 3101 were again 3825 inside 2080, and Thomas 2381 with them. Jesus 2424 *came 2064, the doors 2374 having been shut 2808, and stood 2476 in their midst 3319 and said 3004, “Peace 1515 [be] with you.”

Then 1534 He *said 3004 to Thomas 2381, “Reach 5342 here 5602 with your finger 1147, and see 3708 My hands 5495; and reach 5342 here your hand 5495 and put 906 it into My side 4125; and do not be unbelieving 571, but believing 4103.”

Thomas 2381 answered 611 and said 3004 to Him, “My Lord 2962 and my God 2316!”
20:29
Jesus 2424 *said 3004 to him, “Because 3754 you have seen 3708 Me, have you believed 4100? Blessed 3107 [are] they who did not see 3708, and [yet] believed 4100.”
20:30
¶ Therefore 3767 many 4183 other 243 signs 4592 Jesus 2424 also 2532 performed 4160 in the presence 1799 of the disciples 3101, which 3739 are not written 1125 in this 3778 book 975;
20:31
but these 3778 have been written 1125 so 2443 that you may believe 4100 that Jesus 2424 is the Christ 5547, the Son 5207 of God 2316; and that believing 4100 you may have 2192 life 2222 in His name 3686.
