John 17

1 Christ prayeth to his Father to glorify him, 6 to preserve his Apostles, 11 in unity, 17 and truth: 20 to glorify them, and all other believers with him in heaven.

 17:1 Jesus 2424 spoke 2980 these 3778 things 3778; and lifting 1869 up His eyes 3788 to heaven 3772, He said 3004, “Father 3962, the hour 5610 has come 2064; glorify 1392 Your Son 5207, that the Son 5207 may glorify 1392 You,

 17:2 even 2531a as You gave 1325 Him authority 1849 over all 3956 flesh 4561, that to all 3956 whom 3739 You have given 1325 Him, He may give 1325 eternal 166 life 2222.

 17:3 “This 3778 is eternal 166 life 2222, that they may know 1097 You, the only 3441 true 228 God 2316, and Jesus 2424 Christ 5547 whom 3739 You have sent 649.

 17:4 “I glorified 1392 You on the earth 1093, having accomplished 5048 the work 2041 which 3739 You have given 1325 Me to do 4160.

 17:5 “Now 3568, Father 3962, glorify 1392 Me together 3844 with Yourself 4572, with the glory 1391 which 3739 I had 2192 with You before 4253 the world 2889 was.

 17:6 ¶ “I have manifested 5319 Your name 3686 to the men 444 whom 3739 You gave 1325 Me out of the world 2889; they were Yours 4771 and You gave 1325 them to Me, and they have kept 5083 Your word 3056.

 17:7 “Now 3568 they have come to know 1097 that everything 3956 You have given 1325 Me is from You;

 17:8 for the words 4487 which 3739 You gave 1325 Me I have given 1325 to them; and they received 2983 [them] and truly 230 understood 1097 that I came 1831 forth 1831 from You, and they believed 4100 that You sent 649 Me.

 17:9 “I ask 2065 on their behalf 4012; I do not ask 2065 on behalf 4012 of the world 2889, but of those whom 3739 You have given 1325 Me; for they are Yours 4771;

 17:10 and all 3956 things 3956 that are Mine 1699 are Yours 4674, and Yours 4674 are Mine 1699; and I have been glorified 1392 in them.

 17:11 “I am 1510 no 3765 longer 3765 in the world 2889; and [yet] they themselves 846 are in the world 2889, and I come 2064 to You. Holy 40 Father 3962, keep 5083 them in Your name 3686, [the name] which 3739 You have given 1325 Me, that they may be one 1520 even 2531a as We [are].

 17:12 “While 3753 I was with them, I was keeping 5083 them in Your name 3686 which 3739 You have given 1325 Me; and I guarded 5442 them and not one 3762 of them perished 622 but the son 5207 of perdition 684, so 2443 that the Scripture 1124 would be fulfilled 4137.

 17:13 “But now 3568 I come 2064 to You; and these 3778 things 3778 I speak 2980 in the world 2889 so 2443 that they may have 2192 My joy 5479 made 4137 full 4137 in themselves 1438.

 17:14 “I have given 1325 them Your word 3056; and the world 2889 has hated 3404 them, because 3754 they are not of the world 2889, even 2531a as I am 1510 not of the world 2889.

 17:15 “I do not ask 2065 You to take 142 them out of the world 2889, but to keep 5083 them from the evil 4190 [one].

 17:16 “They are not of the world 2889, even 2531a as I am 1510 not of the world 2889.

 17:17 “Sanctify 37 them in the truth 225; Your word 3056 is truth 225.

 17:18 “As You sent 649 Me into the world 2889, I also 2532 have sent 649 them into the world 2889.

 17:19 “For their sakes 5228 I sanctify 37 Myself 1683, that they themselves 846 also 2532 may be sanctified 37 in truth 225.

 17:20 ¶ “I do not ask 2065 on behalf 4012 of these 3778 alone 3441, but for those 3588 also 2532 who believe 4100 in Me through 1223 their word 3056;

 17:21 that they may all 3956 be one 1520; even 2531a as You, Father 3962, [are] in Me and I in You, that they also 2532 may be in Us, so 2443 that the world 2889 may believe 4100 that You sent 649 Me.

 17:22 “The glory 1391 which 3739 You have given 1325 Me I have given 1325 to them, that they may be one 1520, just 2531a as We are one 1520;

 17:23 I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected 5048 in unity 1520, so 2443 that the world 2889 may know 1097 that You sent 649 Me, and loved 25 them, even 2531a as You have loved 25 Me.

 17:24 “Father 3962, I desire 2309 that they also 2548, whom 3739 You have given 1325 Me, be with Me where 3699 I am 1510, so 2443 that they may see 2334 My glory 1391 which 3739 You have given 1325 Me, for You loved 25 Me before 4253 the foundation 2602 of the world 2889.

 17:25 ¶ “O righteous 1342 Father 3962, although 2532 the world 2889 has not known 1097 You, yet 1161 I have known 1097 You; and these 3778 have known 1097 that You sent 649 Me;

 17:26 and I have made 1107 Your name 3686 known 1107 to them, and will make 1107 it known 1107, so 2443 that the love 26 with which 3739 You loved 25 Me may be in them, and I in them.”
