וַיֹּאמֶר הַמֶּלֶךְ מִי בֶחָצֵר וְהָמָן בָּא לַחֲצַר בֵּית־הַמֶּלֶךְ הַחִיצוֹנָה לֵאמֹר לַמֶּלֶךְ לִתְלוֹת אֶת־מָרְדֳּכַי עַל־הָעֵץ אֲשֶׁר־הֵכִין לוֹ

 6:6 So Hämän הָמָן 2001 came in. 935 z8799 And the king 4428 said 559 z8799 unto him, What x4100 shall be done 6213 z8800 unto the man 376 whom x834 the king 4428 delighteth 2654 z8804 to honour? 3366 Now Hämän הָמָן 2001 thought 559 z8799 in his heart, 3820 To whom x4310 would the king 4428 delight 2654 z8799 to do 6213 z8800 honour 3366 more y3148 than x3148 to x4480 myself?

וַיֹּאמֶר הָמָן אֶל־הַמֶּלֶךְ אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר הַמֶּלֶךְ חָפֵץ בִּיקָרוֹ

יָבִיאוּ לְבוּשׁ מַלְכוּת אֲשֶׁר לָבַשׁ־בּוֹ הַמֶּלֶךְ וְסוּס אֲשֶׁר רָכַב עָלָיו הַמֶּלֶךְ וַאֲשֶׁר נִתַּן כֶּתֶר מַלְכוּת בְּרֹאשׁוֹ

וְנָתוֹן הַלְּבוּשׁ וְהַסּוּס עַל־יַד־אִישׁ מִשָּׂרֵי הַמֶּלֶךְ הַפַּרְתְּמִים וְהִלְבִּישׁוּ אֶת־הָאִישׁ אֲשֶׁר הַמֶּלֶךְ חָפֵץ בִּיקָרוֹ וְהִרְכִּיבֻהוּ עַל־הַסּוּס בִּרְחוֹב הָעִיר וְקָרְאוּ לְפָנָיו כָּכָה יֵעָשֶׂה לָאִישׁ אֲשֶׁר הַמֶּלֶךְ חָפֵץ בִּיקָרוֹ

 6:9 w'nätôn haL'vûsh w'haŠûš al-yad-iysh miSärëy haMelekh' haPar'T'miym w'hil'Biyshû et-häiysh ásher haMelekh' chäfëtz Biyqärô w'hir'Kiyvuhû al-haŠûš Bir'chôv häiyr w'qär'û l'fänäyw Käkhäh yëäseh läiysh ásher haMelekh' chäfëtz Biyqärô

 6:9 And let this apparel 3830 and horse 5483 be delivered 5414 z8800 to x5921 the hand 3027 of one 376 of the king's 4428 most noble 6579 princes, 8269 x4480 that they may array 3847 z8689 x853 the man 376 [withal] whom x834 the king 4428 delighteth 2654 z8804 to honour, 3366 and bring 7392 z8689 him on x5921 horseback 5483 through the street 7339 of the city, 5892 and proclaim 7121 z8804 before 6440 him, Thus x3602 shall it be done 6213 z8735 to the man 376 whom x834 the king 4428 delighteth 2654 z8804 to honour. 3366

וַיֹּאמֶר הַמֶּלֶךְ לְהָמָן מַהֵר קַח אֶת־הַלְּבוּשׁ וְאֶת־הַסּוּס כַּאֲשֶׁר דִּבַּרְתָּ וַעֲשֵׂה־כֵן לְמָרְדֳּכַי הַיְּהוּדִי הַיּוֹשֵׁב בְּשַׁעַר הַמֶּלֶךְ אַל־תַּפֵּל דָּבָר מִכֹּל אֲשֶׁר דִּבַּרְתָּ

 6:10 waYomer haMelekh' l'hämän mahër qach et-haL'vûsh w'et-haŠûš Kaásher DiBar'Tä waásëh-khën l'mär'Dókhay haY'hûdiy haYôshëv B'shaar haMelekh' al-TaPël Dävär miKol ásher DiBar'Tä

 6:10 Then the king 4428 said 559 z8799 to Hämän הָמָן, 2001 Make haste, 4116 z8761 [and] take 3947 z8798 x853 the apparel 3830 and the horse, 5483 as x834 thou hast said, 1696 z8765 and do 6213 z8798 even so x3651 to Mordóȼay מָרדֳּכַי 4782 the Yæhûđî יְהוּדִי, 3064 that sitteth 3427 z8802 at the king's 4428 gate: 8179 let nothing 1697 x408 fail 5307 z8686 of all x4480 x3605 that x834 thou hast spoken. 1696 z8765

וַיִּקַּח הָמָן אֶת־הַלְּבוּשׁ וְאֶת־הַסּוּס וַיַּלְבֵּשׁ אֶת־מָרְדֳּכָי וַיַּרְכִּיבֵהוּ בִּרְחוֹב הָעִיר וַיִּקְרָא לְפָנָיו כָּכָה יֵעָשֶׂה לָאִישׁ אֲשֶׁר הַמֶּלֶךְ חָפֵץ בִּיקָרוֹ

 6:11 Then took 3947 z8799 Hämän הָמָן 2001 x853 the apparel 3830 and the horse, 5483 and arrayed 3847 z8686 x853 Mordóȼay מָרדֳּכַי, 4782 and brought him on horseback 7392 z8686 through the street 7339 of the city, 5892 and proclaimed 7121 z8799 before 6440 him, Thus x3602 shall it be done 6213 z8735 unto the man 376 whom x834 the king 4428 delighteth 2654 z8804 to honour. 3366

וַיָּשָׁב מָרְדֳּכַי אֶל־שַׁעַר הַמֶּלֶךְ וְהָמָן נִדְחַף אֶל־בֵּיתוֹ אָבֵל וַחֲפוּי רֹאשׁ

 6:12 waYäshäv mär'Dókhay el-shaar haMelekh' w'hämän nid'chaf el-Bëytô ävël wacháfûy rosh

 6:12 ¶ And Mordóȼay מָרדֳּכַי 4782 came again 7725 z8799 to x413 the king's 4428 gate. 8179 But Hämän הָמָן 2001 hasted 1765 z8738 to x413 his house 1004 mourning, 57 and having his head 7218 covered. 2645 z8802

וַיְסַפֵּר הָמָן לְזֶרֶשׁ אִשְׁתּוֹ וּלְכָל־אֹהֲבָיו אֵת כָּל־אֲשֶׁר קָרָהוּ וַיֹּאמְרוּ לוֹ חֲכָמָיו וְזֶרֶשׁ אִשְׁתּוֹ אִם מִזֶּרַע הַיְּהוּדִים מָרְדֳּכַי אֲשֶׁר הַחִלּוֹתָ לִנְפֹּל לְפָנָיו לֹא־תוּכַל לוֹ כִּי־נָפוֹל תִּפּוֹל לְפָנָיו
