When I would have healed°°

יִשׂרָאֵל,°
then the iniquity°
of
´Efrayim
אֶפרַיִם°
was discovered,°°
and the wickedness°
of
Šömrôn
שֹׁמרוֹן:°
for°
they commit°°
falsehood;°
and the thief°
cometh in,°°
[and] the troop°
of robbers°
spoileth°°
without.° |

When I would have healed Yisrael, then the iniquity of Efrayim was discovered, and the wickedness of Shomron: for they commit falsehood; and the thief cometh in, [and] the troop of robbers spoileth without. |

And they consider°°

in their hearts°
[that] I remember°°
all°
their wickedness:°
now°
their own doings°
have beset them about;°°
they are°
before°
my face.° |

with their wickedness,°
and the princes°

his strength,°

gray hairs°

upon him, yet he°

seek°°
him for all°

And the pride of Yisrael testifieth to his face: and they do not return to Yahweh their Elohim, nor seek him for all this. |

like a silly°°
dove°
without°
heart:°
they call°°
to
Mixrayim
מִצרַיִם,°
they go°°
to
´Aššûr
אַשּׁוּר.° |

Efrayim also is like a silly dove without heart: they call to Mitzrayim, they go to Ashshur. |

When°
they shall go,°°°
I will spread°°
my net°
upon°
them; I will bring them down°°
as the fowls°
of the heaven;°
I will chastise°°
them, as their congregation°
hath heard.° |

against me. |

their arms,°
yet do they imagine°°
mischief°
against°

like a deceitful°
bow:°
their princes°

by the sword°
for the rage°°
