Hebrews 2

1 We ought to be obedient to Christ Jesus, 5 and that because he vouchsafed to take our nature upon him, 14 as it was necessary.

 2:2 For if 1487 the word 3056 spoken 2980 through 1223 angels 32a proved 1096 unalterable 949, and every 3956 transgression 3847 and disobedience 3876 received 2983 a just 1738 penalty 3405,

 2:3 how 4459 will we escape 1628 if we neglect 272 so 5082 great 5082 a salvation 4991? After 3748 it was at the first 746 spoken 2980 through 1223 the Lord 2962, it was confirmed 950 to us by those 3588 who heard 191,

 2:4 God 2316 also testifying 3140 with them, both 5037 by signs 4592 and wonders 5059 and by various 4164 miracles 1411 and by gifts 3311 of the Holy 40 Spirit 4151 according 2596 to His own will 2308.

 2:5 ¶ For He did not subject 5293 to angels 32a the world 3625 to come 3195, concerning 4012 which 3739 we are speaking 2980.

 2:6 But one 5100 has testified 1263 somewhere 4225, saying 3004, “WHAT 5101 IS MAN 444, THAT YOU REMEMBER 3403 HIM? OR 2228 THE SON 5207 OF MAN 444, THAT YOU ARE CONCERNED 1980a ABOUT 1980a HIM?

 2:7 “YOU HAVE MADE 1642 HIM FOR A LITTLE 1024 WHILE 1024 LOWER 1642 THAN 3844 THE ANGELS 32a; YOU HAVE CROWNED 4737 HIM WITH GLORY 1391 AND HONOR 5092, AND HAVE APPOINTED 2525 HIM OVER 1909 THE WORKS 2041 OF YOUR HANDS 5495;

 2:15 and might free 525 those who 3745 through fear 5401 of death 2288 were subject 1777 to slavery 1397 all 3956 their lives 2198.

 2:16 For assuredly 1222 He does not give 1949 help 1949 to angels 32a, but He gives 1949 help 1949 to the descendant 4690 of Abraham 11.

 2:17 Therefore 3606, He had 3784 to be made 3666 like 3666 His brethren 80 in all 3956 things 3956, so 2443 that He might become 1096 a merciful 1655 and faithful 4103 high 749 priest 749 in things pertaining 4314 to God 2316, to make 2433 propitiation 2433 for the sins 266 of the people 2992.

 2:18 For since He Himself 846 was tempted 3985 in that which 3739 He has suffered 3958, He is able 1410 to come 997 to the aid 997 of those 3588 who are tempted 3985.
