Romans 10
5 The Scripture sheweth the difference betwixt the righteousness of the Law, and this of faith, 11 and that all, both Jew and Gentile, that believe, shall not be confounded, 18 and that the Gentiles shall receive the Word, and believe. 19 Israel was not ignorant of these things.
10:1
Brethren 80, my heart’s 2588 desire 2107 and my prayer 1162 to God 2316 for them is for [their] salvation 4991.
10:2
For I testify 3140 about them that they have 2192 a zeal 2205b for God 2316, but not in accordance 2596 with knowledge 1922.
10:3
For not knowing 50 about God’s 2316 righteousness 1343 and seeking 2212 to establish 2476 their own 2398, they did not subject 5293 themselves to the righteousness 1343 of God 2316.
10:4
For Christ 5547 is the end 5056 of the law 3551 for righteousness 1343 to everyone 3956 who believes 4100.
10:5
¶ For Moses 3475 writes 1125 that the man 444 who practices 4160 the righteousness 1343 which is based 1537 on law 3551 shall live 2198 by that righteousness 846.
10:6
But the righteousness 1343 based 1537 on faith 4102 speaks 3004 as follows 3779: “DO NOT SAY 3004 IN YOUR HEART 2588, ‘WHO 5101 WILL ASCEND 305 INTO HEAVEN 3772?’ (that is, to bring 2609 Christ 5547 down 2609),

or 2228 ‘WHO 5101 WILL DESCEND 2597 INTO THE ABYSS 12?’ (that is, to bring 321 Christ 5547 up from the dead 3498).”
10:8
But what 5101 does it say 3004? “THE WORD 4487 IS NEAR 1451 YOU, IN YOUR MOUTH 4750 AND IN YOUR HEART 2588”—that is, the word 4487 of faith 4102 which 3739 we are preaching 2784,

that if 1437 you confess 3670 with your mouth 4750 Jesus 2424 [as] Lord 2962, and believe 4100 in your heart 2588 that God 2316 raised 1453 Him from the dead 3498, you will be saved 4982;
10:10
for with the heart 2588 a person believes 4100, resulting 1519 in righteousness 1343, and with the mouth 4750 he confesses 3670, resulting 1519 in salvation 4991.

For the Scripture 1124 says 3004, “WHOEVER 3956 BELIEVES 4100 IN HIM WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED 2617b.”

For there is no 3756 distinction 1293 between Jew 2453 and Greek 1672; for the same 846 [Lord] is Lord 2962 of all 3956, abounding 4147 in riches 4147 for all 3956 who call 1941 on Him;

for “WHOEVER 3956 WILL CALL 1941 ON THE NAME 3686 OF THE LORD 2962 WILL BE SAVED 4982.”

¶ How 4459 then 3767 will they call 1941 on Him in whom 3739 they have not believed 4100? How 4459 will they believe 4100 in Him whom 3739 they have not heard 191? And how 4459 will they hear 191 without 5565 a preacher 2784?

How 4459 will they preach 2784 unless 1437 3361 they are sent 649? Just 2509 as it is written 1125, “HOW 5613 BEAUTIFUL 5611 ARE THE FEET 4228 OF THOSE 3588 WHO BRING 2097 GOOD 2097 NEWS 2097 OF GOOD 18 THINGS 18!”

¶ However 235, they did not all 3956 heed 5219 the good 2098 news 2098; for Isaiah 2268 says 3004, “LORD 2962, WHO 5101 HAS BELIEVED 4100 OUR REPORT 189?”

So 686 faith 4102 [comes] from hearing 189, and hearing 189 by the word 4487 of Christ 5547.

¶ But I say 3004, surely 3361 they have never 3361 3756 heard 191, have they? Indeed 3304 they have; “THEIR VOICE 5353 HAS GONE 1831 OUT INTO ALL 3956 THE EARTH 1093, AND THEIR WORDS 4487 TO THE ENDS 4009 OF THE WORLD 3625.”

But I say 3004, surely 3361 Israel 2474 did not know 1097, did they? First 4413 Moses 3475 says 3004, “I WILL MAKE 3863 YOU JEALOUS 3863 BY THAT WHICH IS NOT A NATION 1484, BY A NATION 1484 WITHOUT 801 UNDERSTANDING 801 WILL I ANGER 3949 YOU.”

And Isaiah 2268 is very 662 bold 662 and says 3004, “I WAS FOUND 2147 BY THOSE 3588 WHO DID NOT SEEK 2212 ME, I BECAME 1096 MANIFEST 1717 TO THOSE 3588 WHO DID NOT ASK 1905 FOR ME.”

But as for Israel 2474 He says 3004, “ALL 3650 THE DAY 2250 LONG I HAVE STRETCHED 1600b OUT MY HANDS 5495 TO A DISOBEDIENT 544 AND OBSTINATE 483 PEOPLE 2992.”
