 2:1 “I am the rose 2261 of Sharon 8289, The lily 7799 of the valleys 6010.”

 2:2 ¶ “Like a lily 7799 among 996 the thorns 2336, So 3651 is my darling 7474 among 996 the maidens 1323.”

 2:3 ¶ “Like an apple 8598 tree 8598 among the trees 6086 of the forest 3293a, So 3651 is my beloved 1730 among 996 the young 1121 men 1121. In his shade 6738 I took 2530 great delight 2530 and sat 3427 down 3427, And his fruit 6529 was sweet 4966 to my taste 2441.

 2:4 “He has brought 935 me to [his] banquet 3196 hall 1004, And his banner 1714 over 5921 me is love 160.

 2:5 “Sustain 5564 me with raisin 809 cakes 809, Refresh 7502 me with apples 8598, Because 3588 I am lovesick 2470a 160.

 2:7 ¶ “I adjure 7650 you, O daughters 1323 of Jerusalem 3389, By the gazelles 6643b or 176 by the hinds 355 of the field 7704, That you do not arouse 5782 or awaken 5782 [my] love 160 Until 5704 she pleases 2654a.”

 2:13 ‘The fig 8384 tree 8384 has ripened 2590 its figs 6291, And the vines 1612 in blossom 5563 have given 5414 forth [their] fragrance 7381b. Arise 6965, my darling 7474, my beautiful 3303 one 3303, And come 1980 along!’”

 2:14 ¶ “O my dove 3123, in the clefts 2288 of the rock 5553, In the secret 5643a place 5643a of the steep 4095 pathway 4095, Let me see 7200 your form 4758, Let me hear 8085 your voice 6963; For your voice 6963 is sweet 6156, And your form 4758 is lovely 5000.”

 2:15 ¶ “Catch 270 the foxes 7776 for us, The little 6996a foxes 7776 that are ruining 2254b the vineyards 3754, While our vineyards 3754 are in blossom 5563.”

 2:16 ¶ “My beloved 1730 is mine, and I am his; He pastures 7462a [his flock] among the lilies 7799.
