Deuteronomy 10

1 God's mercy in restoring the two tables, 6 in continuing the priesthood, 8 in separating the tribe of Levi, 10 in hearkening unto Moses' suit for the people. 12 An exhortation unto obedience.

 10:1 ¶ At that x1931 time 6256 Yahweh 3068 said 559 z8804 unto x413 me, Hew 6458 z8798 thee two 8147 tables 3871 of stone 68 like unto the first, 7223 and come up 5927 z8798 unto x413 me into the mount, 2022 and make 6213 z8804 thee an ark 727 of wood. 6086

 10:2 And I will write 3789 z8799 on x5921 the tables 3871 x853 the words 1697 that x834 were x1961 in x5921 the first 7223 tables 3871 which x834 thou brakest, 7665 z8765 and thou shalt put 7760 z8804 them in the ark. 727

 10:3 And I made 6213 z8799 an ark 727 [of] shittim 7848 wood, 6086 and hewed 6458 z8799 two 8147 tables 3871 of stone 68 like unto the first, 7223 and went up 5927 z8799 into the mount, 2022 having the two 8147 tables 3871 in mine hand. 3027

 10:4 And he wrote 3789 z8799 on x5921 the tables, 3871 according to the first 7223 writing, 4385 x853 the ten 6235 commandments, 1697 which x834 Yahweh 3068 spake 1696 z8765 unto x413 you in the mount 2022 out of the midst 8432 x4480 of the fire 784 in the day 3117 of the assembly: 6951 and Yahweh 3068 gave 5414 z8799 them unto x413 me.

 10:5 And I turned y6437 z8799 myself x6437 and came down 3381 z8799 from x4480 the mount, 2022 and put 7760 z8799 x853 the tables 3871 in the ark 727 which x834 I had made; 6213 z8804 and there x8033 they be, x1961 as x834 Yahweh 3068 commanded 6680 z8765 me.

 10:6 ¶ And the children 1121 of Israel 3478 took their journey 5265 z8804 from Beeroth x4480 x881 of the children x1121 of Jaakan y885 x3292 to Mosera: 4149 there x8033 Aaron 175 died, 4191 z8804 and there x8033 he was buried; 6912 z8735 and Eleazar 499 his son 1121 ministered in the priest's office 3547 z8762 in his stead. x8478

 10:9 Wherefore x5921 x3651 Levi 3878 hath x1961 no x3808 part 2506 nor inheritance 5159 with x5973 his brethren; 251 Yahweh 3068 [is] his inheritance, 5159 according x834 as Yahweh 3068 thy Elohim 430 promised 1696 z8765 him.

 10:10 And I x595 stayed 5975 z8804 in the mount, 2022 according to the first 7223 time, 3117 forty 705 days 3117 and forty 705 nights; 3915 and Yahweh 3068 hearkened 8085 z8799 unto x413 me at that x1931 time 6471 also, x1571 [and] Yahweh 3068 would 14 z8804 not x3808 destroy 7843 z8687 thee.

 10:11 And Yahweh 3068 said 559 z8799 unto x413 me, Arise, 6965 z8798 take y3212 z8798 x1980 [thy] journey 4550 before 6440 the people, 5971 that they may go in 935 z8799 and possess 3423 z8799 x853 the land, 776 which x834 I sware 7650 z8738 unto their fathers 1 to give 5414 z8800 unto them.

 10:12 ¶ And now, x6258 Israel, 3478 what x4100 doth Yahweh 3068 thy Elohim 430 require 7592 z8802 of x4480 x5973 thee, but x3588 x518 to fear 3372 z8800 x853 Yahweh 3068 thy Elohim, 430 to walk y3212 z8800 x1980 in all x3605 his ways, 1870 and to love 157 z8800 him, and to serve 5647 z8800 x853 Yahweh 3068 thy Elohim 430 with all x3605 thy heart 3824 and with all x3605 thy soul, 5315

 10:13 To keep 8104 z8800 x853 the commandments 4687 of Yahweh, 3068 and his statutes, 2708 which x834 I x595 command 6680 z8764 thee this day 3117 for thy good? 2896

 10:14 Behold, x2005 the heaven 8064 and the heaven 8064 of heavens 8064 [is] Yahweh's 3068 thy Elohim, 430 the earth 776 [also], with all x3605 that x834 therein [is].

 10:15 Only x7535 Yahweh 3068 had a delight 2836 z8804 in thy fathers 1 to love 157 z8800 them, and he chose 977 z8799 their seed 2233 after 310 them, [even] you above all x4480 x3605 people, 5971 as [it is] this x2088 day. 3117

 10:17 For x3588 Yahweh 3068 your Elohim 430 [is] Elohim 430 of elohim, 430 and Adonim 113 of adonim, 113 a great 1419 El, 410 a mighty, 1368 and a terrible, 3372 z8737 which x834 regardeth 5375 z8799 not x3808 persons, 6440 nor x3808 taketh 3947 z8799 reward: 7810

 10:18 He doth execute 6213 z8802 the judgment 4941 of the fatherless 3490 and widow, 490 and loveth 157 z8802 the stranger, 1616 in giving 5414 z8800 him food 3899 and raiment. 8071

 10:19 Love 157 z8804 ye therefore x853 the stranger: 1616 for x3588 ye were x1961 strangers 1616 in the land 776 of Egypt. 4714

 10:20 Thou shalt fear 3372 z8799 x853 Yahweh 3068 thy Elohim; 430 him shalt thou serve, 5647 z8799 and to him shalt thou cleave, 1692 z8799 and swear 7650 z8735 by his name. 8034

 10:21 He x1931 [is] thy praise, 8416 and he x1931 [is] thy Elohim, 430 that x834 hath done 6213 z8804 for x854 thee x853 these x428 great 1419 and terrible things, 3372 z8737 which x834 thine eyes 5869 have seen. 7200 z8804

 10:22 Thy fathers 1 went down 3381 z8804 into Egypt 4714 with threescore and ten 7657 persons; 5315 and now x6258 Yahweh 3068 thy Elohim 430 hath made 7760 z8804 thee as the stars 3556 of heaven 8064 for multitude. 7230
