And it shall come to pass, if they will diligently learn the ways of my people, to swear by my name, As Jehovah liveth; even as they taught my people to swear by Baal; then shall they be built up in the midst of my people.

And it shall come to pass,¹ if¹ they will diligently²° learnª°¹ the waysª of my people,ª to swearª° by my name,ª The LORDª liveth;ª as¹ they taughtª°¹ my peopleª to swearª° by Baal;ª then shall they be builtª° in the midstª of my people.ª

And it shall come to passe,¹ if¹ they will diligently²° learneª°¹ the wayesª of my peopleª to sweareª° by my nameª (The LORDª liueth,ª as¹ they taughtª°¹ my peopleª to sweareª° by Baal:)ª then shall they be builtª° in the middestª of my people.ª

And it shall be, if they will indeed learn the way of my people, to swear by my name, [saying], The Lord lives; as they taught my people to swear by Baal; then shall [that nation] be built in the midst of my people.
