And they said, It is false; tell us now. And he said, Thus and thus spake he to me, saying, Thus saith Jehovah, I have anointed thee king over Israel.

And they said,ª° [It is] false;ª tellª° us now.¹ And he said,ª° Thus¹ and thus¹ spakeª° he to¹ me, saying,ª° Thus¹ saithª° the LORD,ª I have anointedª° thee kingª over¹ Israel.ª

And they said,ª° [It is] false,ª tellª° vs now:¹ And hee sayde,ª° Thus¹ and thus¹ spakeª° he to¹ me, saying,ª° Thus¹ saithª° the LORD,ª I haue anoyntedª° thee Kingª ouer¹ Israel.ª

And they said, [It is] wrong: tell us now. And Jehu{gr.Ju} said to them, Thus and thus spoke he to me, saying,-- and he said, Thus saith the Lord, I have anointed thee to be king over Israel.

And they said,ª° [It is] false;ª tellª° us now.¹ And he said,ª° Thus¹ and thus¹ spakeª° he to¹ me, saying,ª° Thus¹ saithª° Yähwè יָהוֶה,ª I have anointedª° thee kingª over¹ Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל.ª
