And the king said, Is the hand of Joab with thee in all this? And the woman answered and said, As thy soul liveth, my lord the king, none can turn to the right hand or to the left from aught that my lord the king hath spoken; for thy servant Joab, he bade me, and he put all these words in the mouth of thy handmaid;

And the kingª said,ª° [Is not] the handª of Joabª with¹ thee in all¹ this?¹ And the womanª answeredª° and said,ª° [As] thy soulª liveth,ª my lordª the king,ª none² can² turn¹¹ to the right¹ hand²° or to the leftª° from ought¹¹ that¹ my lordª the kingª hath spoken:ª° for¹ thy servantª Joab,ª he¹ badeª° me, and he¹ putª°¹ all¹ these¹ wordsª in the mouthª of thine handmaid:ª

And the kingª said,ª° Is not the handª of Ioabª with¹ thee in all¹ this?¹ And the womanª answeredª° and said,ª° As thy souleª liueth,ª my lordª the king,ª none² can² turne¹¹ to the right¹ hand²° or to the leftª° from ought¹¹ that¹ my lordª the kingª hath spoken:ª° for¹ thy seruantª Ioab,ª hee¹ badeª° me, and he¹ putª°¹ all¹ these¹ wordesª in the mouthª of thine handmaid:ª

And the king said, [Is] not the hand of Joab in all this matter with thee? and the woman said to the king, [As] thy soul lives, my lord, O king, there is no turning to the right hand or to the left from all that my lord the king has spoken; for thy servant Joab himself charged me, and he put all these words in the mouth of thine handmaid.

And the kingª said,ª° [Is not] the handª of Yô´äv יוֹאָבª with¹ thee in all¹ this?¹ And the womanª answeredª° and said,ª° [As] thy soulª liveth,ª my ´áđôn אֲדוֹןª the king,ª none² can² turn¹¹ to the right¹ hand²° or to the leftª° from ought¹¹ that¹ my ´áđôn אֲדוֹןª the kingª hath spoken:ª° for¹ thy servantª Yô´äv יוֹאָב,ª he¹ badeª° me, and he¹ putª°¹ all¹ these¹ wordsª in the mouthª of thine handmaid:ª
