And they shall not teach every man his fellow-citizen, And every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: For all shall know me, From the least to the greatest of them.

Andª they shall²° notª teachª° every manª his²¹ neighbour,ª andª every manª his²¹ brother,ª saying,ª° Knowª° the¹ Lord:ª forª allª shall knowª° me,ª fromª the leastªª toª the greatest.ªª

and no man shall (have need to) teach the son of his city, nor his brother, and say, Know the Lord; because all shall know me, from the least of them to the eldest of them.

And one shall not teach his fellow-citizen, nor his brother, nor say: Know thou the Lord: because they shall all know me, from the youngest of them to the oldest.

καὶ οὐ μὴ διδάξωσιν ἕκαστος τὸν πολίτην αὐτοῦ καὶ ἕκαστος τὸν ἀδελφὸν αὐτοῦ, λέγων Γνῶθι τὸν κύριον, ὅτι πάντες εἰδήσουσίν με ἀπὸ μικροῦ ἕως μεγάλου αὐτῶν.

And not lest they-might-have-taught, each, to-the-one to-a-citier of-it and, each, to-the-one to-brethrened of-it, forthing, Thou-should-have-had-acquainted to-the-one to-Authority-belonged, to-which-a-one all they-shall-see to-me off of-small unto-if-which of-great of-them.
