For the word of God is living, and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and quick to discern the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Forª the¹ wordª of Godª [is] quick,ª° andª powerful,ª andª sharperª thanª anyª twoedgedª sword,ª piercingª° even¹ toª the dividing asunderª of¹ soulª andª² spirit,ª andª² of the jointsª andª marrow,ª andª [is] a discernerª of the thoughtsª andª intentsª of the heart.ª

For living is the Word of Aloha, and all-acting, and more penetrating than a two-edged sword, and entereth to the separation of the soul and the spirit, and of the joints, and of the marrow, and the bones, and discerneth the reasonings and counsel of the heart.

For the word of God is living, and all-efficient, and sharper than a two-edged sword, and entereth even to the severance of the soul and the spirit, and of the joints and the marrow and the bones, and judgeth the thoughts and reasonings of the heart:

Ζῶν γὰρ ὁ λόγος τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ ἐνεργὴς καὶ τομώτερος ὑπὲρ πᾶσαν μάχαιραν δίστομον καὶ διικνούμενος ἄχρι μερισμοῦ ψυχῆς καὶ πνεύματος, ἁρμῶν τε καὶ μυελῶν, καὶ κριτικὸς ἐνθυμήσεων καὶ ἐννοιῶν καρδίας:

Lifing-unto therefore the-one a-forthee of-the-one of-a-Deity and worked-in and more-cut over to-all to-a-knife to-double-mouthed and tracking-through-unto unto-whilst of-a-portioning-of of-a-breathing and of-a-currenting-to, of-liftings-along-of also and of-marrows, and separated-belonged-of of-passionings-in and of-considerings-in-unto of-a-heart;
