Setting sail therefore from Troas, we made a straight course to Samothrace, and the day following to Neapolis;

Thereforeª loosingª° fromª Troas,ª we came with a straight courseª° toª Samothracia,ª andª the¹ nextª° [day] toª Neapolis;ª

And we went from Troas and proceeded directly to Samuthracia, and from thence the day after we came to Neapolis the city,

And we sailed from Troas, and came direct to Samothrace; and from there, on the following day, we came to the city Neapolis.

Ἀναχθέντες οὖν ἀπὸ Τρῳάδος εὐθυδρομήσαμεν εἰς Σαμοθρᾴκην, τῇ δὲ ἐπιούσῃ εἰς Νέαν Πόλιν,

Having-been-led-up accordingly off of-a-Troas we-straight-circuited-unto into to-a-Samothrake, unto-the-one moreover unto-being-upon into to-New to-a-City,
