Pilate therefore saith unto him, Speakest thou not unto me? Knowest thou not that I have power to release thee, and have power to crucify thee?

Thenª saithª° Pilateª unto him,ª Speakest¹ thou²° notª unto me?ª knowest¹ thou²° notª thatª I haveª° powerª to crucifyª° thee,ª andª haveª° powerª to releaseª° thee?ª

Pilatos saith to him, With me speakest thou not? Knowest thou not that I have power to release thee, and power to crucify thee?

Pilate said to him: Wilt thou not speak to me? Knowest thou not, that I have authority to release thee, and have authority to crucify thee?

λέγει οὖν αὐτῷ ὁ Πειλᾶτος Ἐμοὶ οὐ λαλεῖς; οὐκ οἶδας ὅτι ἐξουσίαν ἔχω ἀπολῦσαί σε καὶ ἐξουσίαν ἔχω σταυρῶσαί σε;

It-fortheth accordingly unto-it, the-one a-Peilatos, Unto-ME not thou-speak-unto? Not thou-had-come-to-see to-which-a-one to-a-being-out-unto I-hold to-have-loosed-off to-thee and to-a-being-out-unto I-hold to-have-en-staked to-thee?
