Then David said to Ornan, Give me the place of this threshing-floor, that I may build thereon an altar unto Jehovah: for the full price shalt thou give it me, that the plague may be stayed from the people.

Then Davidª saidª° to¹ Ornan,ª Grantª° me the placeª of [this] threshingfloor,ª that I may buildª° an altarª therein unto the LORD:ª thou shalt grantª° it me for the fullª price:ª that the plagueª may be stayedª° from¹¹ the people.ª

Then Dauidª saideª° to¹ Ornan,ª Grantª° mee the placeª of [this] threshing floore,ª that I may buildª° an Altarª therein vnto the LORD:ª thou shalt grantª° it mee for the fullª price,ª that the plagueª may be stayedª° from¹¹ the people.ª

And David said to Araunah{gr.Orna}, Give me thy place of the threshing-floor, and I will build upon it an altar to the Lord: give it me for its worth in money, and the plague shall cease from [among] the people.

Then Däwiđ דָּוִדª saidª° to¹ ´Ornän אָרנָן,ª Grantª° me the placeª of [this] threshingfloor,ª that I may buildª° an altarª therein unto Yähwè יָהוֶה:ª thou shalt grantª° it me for the fullª price:ª that the plagueª may be stayedª° from¹¹ the people.ª
