And he said, Open the window eastward; and he opened it. Then Elisha said, Shoot; and he shot. And he said, Jehovah's arrow of victory, even the arrow of victory over Syria; for thou shalt smite the Syrians in Aphek, till thou have consumed them.

And he said,ª° Openª° the windowª eastward.ª And he openedª° [it]. Then Elishaª said,ª° Shoot.ª° And he shot.ª° And he said,ª° The arrowª of the LORD'Sª deliverance,ª and the arrowª of deliveranceª from Syria:ª for thou shalt smiteª°¹ the Syriansª in Aphek,ª till¹ thou have consumedª° [them].

And he sayd,ª° Openª° the windowª Eastward.ª And hee openedª° [it]. Then Elishaª sayd,ª° Shoote.ª° And he shot.ª° And he said;ª° The arroweª of the LORDSª deliuerance,ª and the arroweª of deliueranceª from Syria:ª for thou shalt smiteª°¹ the Syriansª in Aphek,ª till¹ thou haue consumedª° [them].

And he said, Open the window eastward. And he opened it. And Elisha{gr.Elisaie} said, Shoot. And he shot. And [Elisha{gr.Elisaie}] said, The arrow of the Lord's deliverance, and the arrow of deliverance from Syria; and thou shalt smite the Syrians in Aphec until thou have consumed them.

Then ´Élîšä` אֱלִישָׁעª said,ª° Shoot.ª° And he shot.ª° And he said,ª° The arrowª of Yähwè's יָהוֶהª deliverance,ª and the arrowª of deliveranceª from ´Áräm אֲרָם:ª for thou shalt smiteª°¹ the ´Árammîm אֲרַמִּיםª in ´Áfëk אֲפֵק,ª till¹ thou have consumedª° [them].
