But Gehazi the servant of Elisha the man of God, said, Behold, my master hath spared this Naaman the Syrian, in not receiving at his hands that which he brought: as Jehovah liveth, I will run after him, and take somewhat of him.

But Gehazi,ª the servantª of Elishaª the manª of God,ª said,ª° Behold,¹ my masterª hath sparedª°¹ Naamanª this¹ Syrian,ª in not receivingª°¹ at his handsª¹¹ that which¹ he brought:ª° but,¹¹ [as] the LORDª liveth,ª I will runª° afterª him, and takeª° somewhatª of¹¹ him.

But Gehaziª the seruantª of Elishaª the manª of God,ª said,ª° Behold,¹ my masterª hath sparedª°¹ Naamanª this¹ Syrian,ª in not receiuingª°¹ at his handsª¹¹ that which¹ hee brought:ª° but¹¹ [as] the LORDª liueth,ª I wil runneª° afterª him, and takeª° somewhatª of¹¹ him.

And Gehazi{gr.Giezi} the servant of Elisha{gr.Elisaie} said, Behold, my Lord has spared this Syrian Naaman{gr.Naiman}, so as not to take of his hand what he has brought: as the Lord lives, I will surely run after him, and take somewhat of him.

But Gêçázî גֵּיחֲזִי,ª the servantª of ´Élîšä` אֱלִישָׁעª the manª of ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים,ª said,ª° Behold,¹ my ´áđôn אֲדוֹןª hath sparedª°¹ Na`ámän נַעֲמָןª this¹ ´Árammî אֲרַמִּי,ª in not receivingª°¹ at his handsª¹¹ that which¹ he brought:ª° but,¹¹ [as] Yähwè יָהוֶהª liveth,ª I will runª° afterª him, and takeª° somewhatª of¹¹ him.
