And he said unto him, Thus saith Jehovah, Because thou hast let go out of thy hand the man whom I had devoted to destruction, therefore thy life shall go for his life, and thy people for his people.

And he saidª° unto¹ him, Thus¹ saithª° the LORD,ª Because¹ thou hast let goª° out of [thy] handª¹¹ a manª whom I appointed to utter destruction,ª therefore thy lifeª shall go¹ for¹ his life,ª and thy peopleª for¹ his people.ª

And hee saidª° vnto¹ him, Thus¹ saithª° the LORD,ª Because¹ thou hast let goeª° out of [thy] hand,ª¹¹ a manª whom I appointed to vtter destruction,ª therfore thy lifeª shall goe¹ for¹ his life,ª and thy peopleª for¹ his people.ª
