And when they had told David, saying, Uriah went not down unto his house, David said unto Uriah, Art thou not come from a journey? wherefore didst thou not go down unto thy house?

And when they had toldª° David,ª saying,ª° Uriahª went not downª°¹ unto¹ his house,ª Davidª saidª° unto¹ Uriah,ª Camestª° thou¹ not¹ from [thy] journey?ª¹ why¹ [then] didst thou not¹ go downª° unto¹ thine house?ª

And when they had toldeª° Dauid,ª saying,ª° Uriahª went not downeª°¹ vnto¹ his house,ª Dauidª saidª° vnto¹ Uriah,ª Camestª° thou¹ not¹ from thy iourney?ª¹ why¹ [then] diddest thou not¹ goe downeª° vnto¹ thine house?ª

And they brought David word, saying, Uriah{gr.Urias} has not gone down to his house. And David said to Uriah{gr.Urias}, Art thou not come from a journey? why hast thou not gone down to thy house?

And when they had toldª° Däwiđ דָּוִד,ª saying,ª° ´Ûriyyà אוּרִיָּהª went not downª°¹ unto¹ his house,ª Däwiđ דָּוִדª saidª° unto¹ ´Ûriyyà אוּרִיָּה,ª Camestª° thou¹ not¹ from [thy] journey?ª¹ why¹ [then] didst thou not¹ go downª° unto¹ thine house?ª
