Now Jonathan, Saul's son, had a son that was lame of his feet. He was five years old when the tidings came of Saul and Jonathan out of Jezreel; and his nurse took him up, and fled: and it came to pass, as she made haste to flee, that he fell, and became lame. And his name was Mephibosheth.

And Jonathan,ª Saul'sª son,ª had a sonª [that was] lameª of [his] feet.ª He was¹ fiveª yearsª oldª when the tidingsª cameª° of Saulª and Jonathanª out of Jezreel,ª¹ and his nurseª° took him up,ª° and fled:ª° and it came to pass,¹ as she made hasteª° to flee,ª° that he fell,ª° and became lame.ª° And his nameª [was] Mephibosheth.ª

And Ionathan,ª Saulsª sonne,ª had a sonneª that was lameª of his feete,ª [and] was¹ fiueª yeeresª oldeª when the tidingsª cameª° of Saulª and Ionathanª out of Iezreel,ª¹ and his nourceª° tooke him vp,ª° and fled:ª° and it came to passe¹ as she made hasteª° to flee,ª° that hee fell,ª° and became lame,ª° and his nameª [was] Mephibosheth.ª

And Jonathan Saul's son [had] a son lame of his feet, five years old, and he was [in the way] when the news of Saul and Jonathan his son came from Jezreel{gr.Jezrael}, and his nurse took him up, and fled; and it came to pass as he hasted and retreated, that he fell, and was lamed. And his name [was] Mephibosheth{gr.Memphibosthe}.

And Yæhônäŧän יְהוֹנָתָן,ª Šä´ûl's שָׁאוּלª son,ª had a sonª [that was] lameª of [his] feet.ª He was¹ fiveª yearsª oldª when the tidingsª cameª° of Šä´ûl שָׁאוּלª and Yæhônäŧän יְהוֹנָתָןª out of Yizræ`e´l יִזרְעֶאל,ª¹ and his nurseª° took him up,ª° and fled:ª° and it came to pass,¹ as she made hasteª° to flee,ª° that he fell,ª° and became lame.ª° And his nameª [was] Mæfîvöšeŧ מְפִיבֹשֶׁת.ª
