When they were by Jebus, the day was far spent; and the servant said unto his master, Come, I pray thee, and let us turn aside into this city of the Jebusites, and lodge in it.

[And] when they¹ [were] by¹ Jebus,ª the dayª was farª spent;ª° and the servantª saidª° unto¹ his master,ª Come,²°¹ I pray thee,¹ and let us turn inª° into¹ this¹ cityª of the Jebusites,ª and lodgeª° in it.

And when they¹ [were] by¹ Iebus,ª the dayª was farreª spent,ª° and the seruantª saidª° vnto¹ his master,ª Come,²°¹ I pray thee,¹ and let vs turne inª° into¹ this¹ citieª of the Iebusites,ª and lodgeª° in it.

And they came as far as Jebus: and the day had far advanced, and the young man said to his master, Come, I pray thee, and let us turn aside to this city of the Jebusites, and let us lodge in it.

[And] when they¹ [were] by¹ Yævûs יְבוּס,ª the dayª was farª spent;ª° and the servantª saidª° unto¹ his ´áđôn אֲדוֹן,ª Come,²°¹ I pray thee,¹ and let us turn inª° into¹ this¹ cityª of the Yævûsîm יְבוּסִים,ª and lodgeª° in it.
