And Adoni-bezek said, Threescore and ten kings, having their thumbs and their great toes cut off, gathered [their food] under my table: as I have done, so God hath requited me. And they brought him to Jerusalem, and he died there.

And Adonibezekª said,ª° Threescore and tenª kings,ª having their thumbsªª and their great toesª cut off,ª° gatheredª° [their meat] under¹ my table:ª as¹ I have done,ª° so¹ Godª hath requitedª° me. And they broughtª° him to Jerusalem,ª and there¹ he died.ª°
