And the midwives said unto Pharaoh, Because the Hebrew women are not as the Egyptian women; for they are lively, and are delivered ere the midwife come unto them.

And the midwivesª° saidª° unto¹ Pharaoh,ª Because¹ the Hebrew² women²¹ [are] not¹ as the Egyptian¹ women;²¹ for¹ they¹ [are] lively,ª and are deliveredª° ereª the midwivesª° come inª° unto¹ them.

And the midwiuesª° saidª° vnto¹ Pharaoh,ª Because¹ the Hebrew² women²¹ are not¹ as the Egyptian¹ women:²¹ for¹ they¹ are liuely,ª and are deliueredª° ereª the midwiuesª° come inª° vnto¹ them.

And the midwives said to Pharaoh{gr.Pharao}, The Hebrew women are not as the women of Mizraim{gr.Egypt}, for they are delivered before the midwives go in to them. So they bore children.

And the midwivesª° saidª° unto¹ Par`ò פַּרעֹה,ª Because¹ the `Ivrî עִברִי² women²¹ [are] not¹ as the Mixrî מִצרִי¹ women;²¹ for¹ they¹ [are] lively,ª and are deliveredª° ereª the midwivesª° come inª° unto¹ them.
