If we say that we have fellowship with him and walk in the darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:

Ifª we sayª° thatª we haveª° fellowshipª withª him,ª andª walkª° inª darkness,ª we lie,ª° andª doª° notª the¹ truth:ª

Ifª we sayª° thatª we haueª° felowshipª withª him,ª andª walkeª° inª darkenesse,ª we lie,ª° andª doeª° notª the¹ trueth.ª

And if we say that we have communion with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and in the truth do not proceed;

And if we say that we have fellowship with him, and we walk in the darkness, we are liars, and walk not in the truth.

Ἐὰν εἴπωμεν ὅτι κοινωνίαν ἔχομεν μετ' αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐν τῷ σκότει περιπατῶμεν, ψευδόμεθα καὶ οὐ ποιοῦμεν τὴν ἀλήθειαν:

If-ever we-might-have-had-said to-which-a-one to-an-en-commoning-unto we-hold with of-it and in unto-the-one unto-an-obscurity we-might-tread-about-unto, we-falsify and not we-do-unto to-the-one to-an-un-secluding-of;
