For ye were going astray like sheep; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.

who had wandered as sheep, and are returned now unto the Shepherd and Guardian of your souls.

For ye, [once] went astray, like sheep; but ye have now returned to the Shepherd and Curator of your souls.

ἦτε γὰρ ὡς πρόβατα πλανώμενοι, ἀλλὰ ἐπεστράφητε νῦν ἐπὶ τὸν ποιμένα καὶ ἐπίσκοπον τῶν ψυχῶν ὑμῶν.

Ye-were therefore as stepped-before being-wandered-unto, other ye-had-been-beturned-upon now upon to-the-one to-a-shepherd and to-a-scouter-upon of-the-ones of-breathings of-ye.
