and above all these things [put on] love, which is the bond of perfectness.

Andª aboveª allª these thingsª [put on] charity,ª whichª isª° the bondª of perfectness.ª

and with all these charity, which is the girdle of perfection.

And with all these, [join] love, which is the girdle of perfection.

ἐπὶ πᾶσι δὲ τούτοις τὴν ἀγάπην, ὅ ἐστιν σύνδεσμος τῆς τελειότητος.

upon unto-all moreover unto-the-ones-these to-the-one to-an-excessing-off, which it-be a-tying-together of-the-one of-a-finished-belongness.
