So that the law is become our tutor [to bring us] unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

Whereforeª the¹ lawª wasª° ourª schoolmasterª [to bring us] untoª Christ,ª thatª we might be justifiedª° byª faith.ª

The law therefore was our conductor to the Meshiha, that we might be justified by faith.

The law, therefore, was a monitor for us unto the Messiah, that we might become just by faith.

ὥστε ὁ νόμος παιδαγωγὸς ἡμῶν γέγονεν εἰς Χριστόν, ἵνα ἐκ πίστεως δικαιωθῶμεν:
