For if the inheritance is of the law, it is no more of promise: but God hath granted it to Abraham by promise.

Forª ifª the¹ inheritanceª [be] ofª the law,ª [it is] no moreª ofª promise:ª butª Godª gaveª° [it] to Abrahamª byª promise.ª

But if the inheritance was by the law, it could not have been by the promise; but Aloha gave it unto Abraham by promise.

And if the inheritance were by the law, it would not be by promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise.

εἰ γὰρ ἐκ νόμου ἡ κληρονομία, οὐκέτι ἐξ ἐπαγγελίας: τῷ δὲ Ἀβραὰμ δι' ἐπαγγελίας κεχάρισται ὁ θεός.

If therefore out of-a-parcelee the-one a-lot-parceleeing-unto, not-if-to-a-one out of-a-messaging-upon-unto; unto-the-one moreover unto-an-Abraam through of-a-messaging-upon-unto it-had-come-to-grant-to, the-one a-Deity.
