Now he that wrought us for this very thing is God, who gave unto us the earnest of the Spirit.

Nowª he that hath wroughtª° usª forª the selfsame thingªª [is] God,ª who² also² hath givenª°¹ unto usª the¹ earnestª of the¹ Spirit.ª

Nowª he that hath wroughtª° vsª forª the selfe same thing,ªª [is] God,ª who² also² hath giuenª°¹ vnto vsª the¹ earnestª of the¹ spirit.ª

And he who prepareth us for this is Aloha, who hath given to us the earnest-pledge of his Spirit.

And he that prepareth us for this thing, is God: who hath given us the earnest of his Spirit.

ὁ δὲ κατεργασάμενος ἡμᾶς εἰς αὐτὸ τοῦτο θεός, ὁ δοὺς ἡμῖν τὸν ἀρραβῶνα τοῦ πνεύματος.
