For verily that which hath been made glorious hath not been made glorious in this respect, by reason of the glory that surpasseth.

Forª evenª that which was made gloriousª° had no² gloryª°¹ inª thisª respect,ª by reason² of¹ the¹ gloryª that excelleth.ª°

For that which was glorified had no glory, in comparison of this excelling glory.

For that which was glorious, was as if not glorious, in comparison with this which excelleth in glory.

καὶ γὰρ οὐ δεδόξασται τὸ δεδοξασμένον ἐν τούτῳ τῷ μέρει εἵνεκεν τῆς ὑπερβαλλούσης δόξης:

And therefore not it-had-come-to-be-reckoned-to the-one having-had-come-to-be-reckoned-to in unto-the-one-this unto-the-one unto-a-portion if-in-out-in of-the-one of-casting-over of-a-recognition;
