And straightway there fell from his eyes as it were scales, and he received his sight; and he arose and was baptized;

Andª immediatelyª there fellª° fromª hisª eyes²¹ as² it had been¹ scales:ª and¹ he received sightª° forthwith,ª and²¹ arose,ª° and² was baptized.ª°

And instantly there fell from his eyes something which was like to scales; and his eyes were opened, and, arising, he was baptized.

καὶ εὐθέως ἀπέπεσαν αὐτοῦ ἀπὸ τῶν ὀφθαλμῶν ὡς λεπίδες, ἀνέβλεψέν τε, καὶ ἀναστὰς ἐβαπτίσθη,

And unto-straight they-fell-off of-it off of-the-ones of-eyes, as peels, it-viewed-up also, and having-had-stood-up it-was-immersed-to.
