and here he hath authority from the chief priests to bind all that call upon thy name.

And behold, here also he hath authority from the chief priests to bind all those who invoke thy name.

καὶ ὧδε ἔχει ἐξουσίαν παρὰ τῶν ἀρχιερέων δῆσαι πάντας τοὺς ἐπικαλουμένους τὸ ὄνομά σου.

and unto-which-moreover it-holdeth to-a-being-out-unto beside of-the-ones of-first-sacreders-of to-have-binded to-all to-the-ones to-calling-upon-unto to-the-one to-a-name of-thee.
