Pilate therefore said unto them, Take him yourselves, and judge him according to your law. The Jews said unto him, It is not lawful for us to put any man to death:

Thenª saidª° Pilateª unto them,ª Takeª° yeª him,ª andª judgeª° himª accordingª to yourª law.ª The¹ Jewsª thereforeª saidª° unto him,ª It is²° not² lawfulª°¹ for usª to put²° any man² to death:ª°¹

Pilatos saith to them, Take you him, and judge him according to your law. The Jihudoyee say to him, It is not lawful for us to put any one to death.

εἶπεν οὖν αὐτοῖς Πειλᾶτος Λάβετε αὐτὸν ὑμεῖς, καὶ κατὰ τὸν νόμον ὑμῶν κρίνατε αὐτόν. εἶπον αὐτῷ οἱ Ἰουδαῖοι Ἡμῖν οὐκ ἔξεστιν ἀποκτεῖναι οὐδένα:

It-had-said accordingly unto-them, a-Peilatos, Ye-should-have-had-taken to-it, ye, and down to-the-one to-a-parcelee of-ye ye-should-have-separated to-it. They-had-said unto-it, the-ones Iouda-belonged, Unto-us not it-be-out to-have-killed-off to-not-moreover-one;
