And he said, For this cause have I said unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it be given unto him of the Father.

Andª he said,ª° Thereforeªª said¹ I²° unto you,ª thatª no manª canª° comeª° untoª me,ª exceptª it wereª° givenª° unto himª ofª myª Father.ª

Andª he said,ª° Thereforeªª said¹ I²° vnto you,ª thatª no manª canª° comeª° vntoª me,ª exceptª it wereª° giuenª° vnto himª ofª myª Father.ª

And he said to them, On account of this I told you that no man can come to me, unless it be given him of my Father.

And he said to them: For this reason, I said to you, That no one can come to me, unless it be given to him by my Father.

καὶ ἔλεγεν Διὰ τοῦτο εἴρηκα ὑμῖν ὅτι οὐδεὶς δύναται ἐλθεῖν πρός με ἐὰν μὴ ᾖ δεδομένον αὐτῷ ἐκ τοῦ πατρός.

And it-was-forthing, Through to-the-one-this I-had-come-to-utter unto-ye to-which-a-one not-moreover-one it-ableth to-have-had-came toward to-me if-ever lest it-might-be having-had-come-to-be-given unto-it out of-the-one of-a-Father.
