And it came to pass, on one of the days, as he was teaching the people in the temple, and preaching the gospel, there came upon him the chief priests and the scribes with the elders;

AND it was on one of the days, while he taught the people in the temple and evangelized, the chief priests and scribes with the elders rose up against him,

And on one of those days, as he was teaching the people in the temple, and preaching, the chief priests and Scribes, with the Elders, came upon him,

Καὶ ἐγένετο ἐν μιᾷ τῶν ἡμερῶν διδάσκοντος αὐτοῦ τὸν λαὸν ἐν τῷ ἱερῷ καὶ εὐαγγελιζομένου ἐπέστησαν οἱ ἀρχιερεῖς καὶ οἱ γραμματεῖς σὺν τοῖς πρεσβυτέροις,

And it-had-became in unto-one of-the-ones of-days of-teaching of-it to-the-one to-a-people in unto-the-one unto-sacred and of-goodly-messaging-to, they-had-stood-upon, the-ones first-sacreders-of and the-ones letterers-of, together unto-the-ones unto-more-eldered,
