And he said unto them, Which of you shall have an ass or an ox fallen into a well, and will not straightway draw him up on a sabbath day?

Andª answeredª° them,ª² saying,ª° Whichª of youª shall have an assª orª an oxª fallenª° intoª a pit,ª andª will²° notª straightwayª pull²° him² outª°¹ onª the¹ sabbathª day?ª

Andª answeredª° them,ª² saying,ª° Whichª of youª shall haue an asseª orª an oxeª fallenª° intoª a pit,ª andª will²° notª straightwayª pull²° him² outª°¹ onª the¹ Sabbathª day?ª

And he said to them, Who from you, whose son or his ox hath fallen into a pit on the day of shabath, doth not at once bring him forth?

And he said to them: Which of you, if his son or his ox fall into a pit on the sabbath day, doth not immediately lift and draw him out?

καὶ πρὸς αὐτοὺς εἶπεν Τίνος ὑμῶν υἱὸς ἢ βοῦς εἰς φρέαρ πεσεῖται, καὶ οὐκ εὐθέως ἀνασπάσει αὐτὸν ἐν ἡμέρᾳ τοῦ σαββάτου;

And toward to-them it-had-said, Of-what-one of-ye a-son or an-ox into to-a-cistern it-shall-fall, and not unto-straight it-shall-draw-up-unto to-it in unto-a-day of-the-one of-a-sabbath?
