And Jesus went with them. And when he was now not far from the house, the centurion sent friends to him, saying unto him, Lord, trouble not thyself; for I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof:

And Jeshu went with them. But when he was not greatly distant from the house, the centurion sent to him his friends, saying to him, My Lord, labour not, for I am not worthy that thou shouldst enter beneath my roof.

ὁ δὲ Ἰησοῦς ἐπορεύετο σὺν αὐτοῖς. ἤδη δὲ αὐτοῦ οὐ μακρὰν ἀπέχοντος ἀπὸ τῆς οἰκίας ἔπεμψεν φίλους ὁ ἑκατοντάρχης λέγων αὐτῷ Κύριε, μὴ σκύλλου, οὐ γὰρ ἱκανός εἰμι ἵνα ὑπὸ τὴν στέγην μου εἰσέλθῃς:

The-one moreover an-Iesous it-was-traversing-of together unto-them. Which-then moreover of-it not to-lengthed of-holding-off off of-the-one of-a-housing-unto it-dispatched to-cared, the-one a-firster-of-hundred, forthing unto-it, Authority-belonged, lest thou-should-be-flayed, not therefore ampled I-be so under to-the-one to-a-shielding of-me thou-might-have-had-came-into;
