and she lifted up her voice with a loud cry, and said, Blessed [art] thou among women, and blessed [is] the fruit of thy womb.

and she cried with a loud voice, and said unto Mariam, Blessed art thou among women, And blessed is the fruit of thy womb!

And she cried out with a loud voice, and said to Mary: Blessed art thou among women; and blessed is the fruit of thy womb.

καὶ ἀνεφώνησεν κραυγῇ μεγάλῃ καὶ εἶπεν Εὐλογημένη σὺ ἐν γυναιξίν, καὶ εὐλογημένος ὁ καρπὸς τῆς κοιλίας σου.

And it-sounded-up-unto unto-a-yelling unto-great and it-had-said, Having-had-come-to-be-goodly-fortheed-unto thou in unto-women, and having-had-come-to-be-goodly-fortheed-unto the-one a-fruit of-the-one of-a-hollowing-unto of-thee.
