And Zacharias said unto the angel, Whereby shall I know this? for I am an old man, and my wife well stricken in years.

Andª Zachariasª saidª° untoª the¹ angel,ª Wherebyªª shall I knowª° this?ª forª Iª amª° an old man,ª andª myª wifeª well strickenª° inª years.ª²

Andª Zachariasª saidª° vntoª the¹ Angel,ª Wherebyªª shall I knowª° this?ª Forª Iª amª° an old man,ª andª myª wifeª well strikenª° inª yeeres.ª²

And Zakaria said to the angel, How shall I know this? for I am old, and my wife many in her days.

And Zachariah said to the angel: How shall I know this? For I am old, and my wife is advanced in life.

καὶ εἶπεν Ζαχαρίας πρὸς τὸν ἄγγελον Κατὰ τί γνώσομαι τοῦτο; ἐγὼ γάρ εἰμι πρεσβύτης καὶ ἡ γυνή μου προβεβηκυῖα ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις αὐτῆς.

And it-had-said, a-Zacharias, toward to-the-one to-a-messenger, Down to-what-one I-shall-acquaint to-the-one-this? I therefore I-be an-elder, and the-one a-woman of-me having-had-come-to-step-before in unto-the-ones unto-days of-it.
