And Jesus answered and said, as he taught in the temple, How say the scribes that the Christ is the son of David?

Andª Jesusª answeredª° and said,ª° while he taughtª° inª the¹ temple,ª Howª sayª° the¹ scribesª thatª Christª isª° the Sonª of David?ª

Andª Iesusª answered,ª° and said,ª° while hee taughtª° inª the¹ Temple,ª Howª sayª° the¹ Scribesª thatª Christª isª° the sonneª of Dauid?ª

And Jeshu answered and said, while he taught in the temple, How say the Sophree that the Meshicha is son of David?

And as Jesus was teaching in the temple, he answered and said: How can the Scribes say, that Messiah is the son of David?

Καὶ ἀποκριθεὶς ὁ Ἰησοῦς ἔλεγεν διδάσκων ἐν τῷ ἱερῷ Πῶς λέγουσιν οἱ γραμματεῖς ὅτι ὁ χριστὸς υἱὸς Δαυείδ ἐστιν;
