And there came unto him Pharisees, and asked him, Is it lawful for a man to put away [his] wife? trying him.

And the Pharishee drew nigh, tempting him, and demanding whether it were lawful for a man to dismiss his wife.

Καὶ [προσελθόντες Φαρισαῖοι] ἐπηρώτων αὐτὸν εἰ ἔξεστιν ἀνδρὶ γυναῖκα ἀπολῦσαι, πειράζοντες αὐτόν.

And [having-had-came-toward, Faris-belonged,] they-were-upon-entreating-unto to-it if it-be-out unto-a-man to-a-woman to-have-loosed-off, piercing-to to-it.
