And he said unto them, Full well do ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your tradition.

Andª he saidª° unto them,ª Full wellª ye rejectª° the¹ commandmentª of God,ª thatª ye may keepª° your ownª tradition.ª

He said to them (moreover), You decently suppress the commandment of God, that you may establish your tradition.

He said [also] to them: Full well do ye spurn the precept of God, that ye may establish your tradition!

καὶ ἔλεγεν αὐτοῖς Καλῶς ἀθετεῖτε τὴν ἐντολὴν τοῦ θεοῦ, ἵνα τὴν παράδοσιν ὑμῶν τηρήσητε:

And it-was-forthing unto-them, Unto-seemly ye-un-place-unto to-the-one to-a-finishing-in of-the-one of-a-Deity so to-the-one to-a-giving-beside of-ye ye-might-have-kept-unto.
