But he went out, and began to publish it much, and to spread abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into a city, but was without in desert places: and they came to him from every quarter.

Butª he¹ went out,ª° and beganª° to publishª° [it] much,ª andª to blaze abroadª° the¹ matter,ª insomuch thatª Jesusª couldª° no moreª openlyª enterª° intoª the city,ª butª wasª° withoutª inª desertª places:ª andª they cameª° toª himª from every quarter.ª

But he, when he was gone forth, began to announce it much, and so divulged the matter as that Jeshu could not go openly in the city, but was without in a solitary part: and they came to him from every place.

And he, as he went out, began to proclaim [it] much, and to divulge the matter; so that Jesus could not openly go into the city, but was without, in desert places; and they came to him from every quarter.

ὁ δὲ ἐξελθὼν ἤρξατο κηρύσσειν πολλὰ καὶ διαφημίζειν τὸν λόγον, ὥστε μηκέτι αὐτὸν δύνασθαι φανερῶς εἰς πόλιν εἰσελθεῖν, ἀλλὰ ἔξω ἐπ' ἐρήμοις τόποις [ἦν]: καὶ ἤρχοντο πρὸς αὐτὸν πάντοθεν.

The-one moreover having-had-came-out it-firsted to-herald to-much and to-declare-through-to to-the-one to-a-forthee, as-also lest-if-to-a-one to-it to-able unto-en-manifested into to-a-city to-have-had-came-into, other out-unto-which upon unto-solituded unto-occasions [it-was,] and they-were-coming toward to-it from-all.
