For what shall a man be profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and forfeit his life? or what shall a man give in exchange for his life?

Forª whatª is a manª profited,ª° ifª he shall gainª° the¹ wholeª world,ª and²¹ loseª° his own²¹ soul?ª orª whatª shall a manª giveª° in exchangeª for his²¹ soul?ª

For what shall a man be profited, if the whole world he shall acquire, and his soul shall perish? or what equivalent shall a man give for his soul?

For what will it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and shall lose his soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?

τί γὰρ ὠφεληθήσεται ἄνθρωπος ἐὰν τὸν κόσμον ὅλον κερδήσῃ τὴν δὲ ψυχὴν αὐτοῦ ζημιωθῇ; ἢ τί δώσει ἄνθρωπος ἀντάλλαγμα τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτοῦ;

To-what-one therefore it-shall-be-benefitted-unto a-mankind if-ever to-the-one to-a-configuration to-whole it-might-have-gained, to-the-one moreover to-a-breathing of-it it-might-have-been-en-damage-belonged? Or to-what-one it-shall-give, a-mankind, to-an-ever-a-one-othering-to of-the-one of-a-breathing of-it?
