And he that was sown upon the rocky places, this is he that heareth the word, and straightway with joy receiveth it;

But that which was sown upon the rock is he who heareth the word, and at once with joy apprehendeth it.

ὁ δὲ ἐπὶ τὰ πετρώδη σπαρείς, οὗτός ἐστιν ὁ τὸν λόγον ἀκούων καὶ εὐθὺς μετὰ χαρᾶς λαμβάνων αὐτόν:
