And if any man would go to law with thee, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloak also.

Andª if any man willª° sue²° thee² at the law,ª°¹ andª take awayª° thyª coat,ª let²° himª haveª° [thy] clokeª also.ª

Andª if any man willª° sue²° thee² at the law,ª°¹ andª take awayª° thyª coate,ª let²° himª haueª° thy cloakeª also.ª

And if any one will contend with thee to take away thy tunic, leave him thy mantle also;

And if one is disposed to sue thee and get away thy coat, relinquish to him also thy cloak.

καὶ τῷ θέλοντί σοι κριθῆναι καὶ τὸν χιτῶνά σου λαβεῖν, ἄφες αὐτῷ καὶ τὸ ἱμάτιον:

and unto-the-one unto-determining unto-thee to-have-been-separated and to-the-one to-tunic of-thee to-have-had-taken, thou-should-have-had-sent-off unto-it and to-the-one to-an-apparelet;
