For, lo, they are gone away from destruction; [yet] Egypt shall gather them up, Memphis shall bury them; their pleasant things of silver, nettles shall possess them; thorns shall be in their tents.

For,¹ lo,¹ they are goneª° because of destruction:ª¹ Egyptª shall gather them up,ª° Memphisª shall buryª° them: the pleasantª [places] for their silver,ª nettlesª shall possessª° them: thornsª [shall be] in their tabernacles.ª

For¹ loe¹ they are gone,ª° because of destruction:ª¹ Egyptª shall gather them vp,ª° Memphisª shall burieª° them: the pleasantª [places] for their siluer,ª netlesª shal possesseª° them: thornesª [shall be] in their Tabernacles.ª

Therefore, behold, they go forth from the trouble of Mizraim{gr.Egypt}, and Noph{gr.Memphis} shall receive them, and Michmash{gr.Machmas} shall bury them: [as for] their silver, destruction shall inherit it; thorns [shall be] in their tents.
