At Tehaphnehes also the day shall withdraw itself, when I shall break there the yokes of Egypt, and the pride of her power shall cease in her: as for her, a cloud shall cover her, and her daughters shall go into captivity.

At Tehaphnehesª also the dayª shall be darkened,ª°²° when I shall breakª° there¹¹ the yokesª of Egypt:ª and the pompª of her strengthª shall ceaseª° in her:² as for her,¹ a cloudª shall coverª° her, and her daughtersª shall go²°¹ into captivity.ª

And the day shall be darkened in Taphnae, when I have broken there the scepters of Mizraim{gr.Egypt}: and the pride of her strength shall perish there: and a cloud shall cover her, and her daughters shall be taken prisoners.

At Tæçafnæçës תְּחַפנְחֵסª also the dayª shall be darkened,ª°²° when I shall breakª° there¹¹ the yokesª of Mixrayim מִצרַיִם:ª and the pompª of her strengthª shall ceaseª° in her:² as for her,¹ a cloudª shall coverª° her, and her daughtersª shall go²°¹ into captivity.ª
