Thus saith the Lord Jehovah, Because thy filthiness was poured out, and thy nakedness uncovered through thy whoredoms with thy lovers; and because of all the idols of thy abominations, and for the blood of thy children, that thou didst give unto them;

Thus¹ saithª° the Lordª GOD;ª Because¹ thy filthinessª was poured out,ª° and thy nakednessª discoveredª° through thy whoredomsª with¹ thy lovers,ª° and with¹ all¹ the idolsª of thy abominations,ª and by the bloodª of thy children,ª which¹ thou didst giveª° unto them;

Thus¹ saithª° the Lordª GOD;ª Because¹ thy filthinesseª was powred out,ª° and thy nakednesseª discoueredª° through thy whoredomesª with¹ thy louers,ª° and with¹ all¹ the idolsª of thy abominations,ª and by the bloodª of thy children,ª which¹ thou diddest giueª° vnto them,

Thus saith the Lord, Because thou hast poured forth thy money, therefore thy shame shall be discovered in thy harlotry with thy lovers, and [with] regard to all the imaginations of thine iniquities, and for the blood of thy children which thou hast given to them.
